A premier voice-over artist best known for my authentic, conversational approach, I also produce films and perform.
The older I get, the more voice work I do. I’ve been a full-time VO for about 20 years. I’m the friendly, wise man: trust me; I know what I’m talking about. My specialty is what they call mid-Atlantic, trans-Atlantic or neutral English: I’m a native speaker, but you’re not quite sure where I’m from. I’ve done voice work for dozens of companies like Heineken, Lego, Qatar Airlines, Zalando, Sennheiser and Epidemic Sound, as well as ad agencies like Ogilvy, VML and TBWA\NEBOKO.
Acting makes a nice addition to my day job. As an American sometimes-actor in Holland, you usually play… the American. I’ve appeared on Dutch TV as Bobby Kennedy, Bill Clinton, Frank Sinatra and Dwight D. Eisenhower–oh, and the Undersecretary of State during World War II. I played the villain in the first season of Nickelodeon’s Hunter Street, which I am told is broadcast in more than 100 countries.
